Bouchon to become Bobette

Bistro Bouchon is changing their name: Bistro Bouchon, the critically celebrated Shockoe Slip French bistro, is changing its name to Bistro Bobette, effective December 31. “New name. Same owners. Same passion for good food,” Wendy Kalif, manager and co-owner said. “Nothing but the name will change.”
