Rocketts Landing apartments move ahead full steam

The developers of Rocketts Landing have the green light from Henrico County to begin construction on 180,000 square feet of new space.

The planning commission unanimously approved WVS’s plan to add 156 apartments, 8,000 square feet of office space, and a 3,000-square-foot leasing and project management office.

The building will cost the developer about $18 million, said Richard Souter, a principle at WVS. Souter said the firm was also getting ready to start construction on four new town houses.
