Double shot of Maximo’s, a review and a cooking demonstration

The Style Weekly review posted on Wednesday drew the following conclusion.

Maximo’s has the potential to fill the void for upscale European dining previously found at Sensi. With neighboring Julep’s and Arcadia drawing crowds, Maximo’s can benefit from the foot traffic. The attractive space will lure guests in, but the service and food must be as polished, if not more, to keep them coming back.
