Richmond.com review of 2113 and some response from the executive chef

Self-dubbed as Richmond’s first “bistro-lounge,” this is a delicate balance that Shockoe Bottom’s 2113 is still trying to figure out.

From all accounts, they have taken many steps forward since first opening back in March with a brand new menu that focuses on creative flair rather than predictable lounge fare.

Depending on your expectations, 2113 produces a mixed bag of results. (Full review at Richmond.com)
