ONE Vote 2012 kick off at C’est Le Vin tonight

Come be part of the ONE Vote 2012 action! Join us at C’est Le Vin on Tuesday, July 10th at 6pm to launch our Virginia ONE Vote campaign in Richmond. Come early because all attendees will get a free ONE shirt, hat, or other gear while supplies last! Doors open at 5:30pm. Our speakers include Tucker Eskew, former Deputy Assistant to President George W. Bush for Global Communications, and Karen Finney, former DNC Communications Director and Clinton Administration Deputy Press Secretary.

Live music starts at 6pm – we’re so excited that Jah Baba from West Africa with be performing! Get there early to hear them play!

Unlike many issues that deeply divide, ONE Vote 2012 brings people together on things we can all agree on, like preventing a child from dying from a mosquito bite and improving agricultural technologies to break the cycle of hunger and poverty. ONE Vote was highly successful during the 2008 and 2010 election cycles because ONE members engaged and educated the candidates and their staffs on critical life-saving programs. Now, ONE Vote 2012 hopes to energize statewide and grassroots leaders to take action and make history. Join us for this fun ONE Vote kick-off event to learn about the campaign and how you can get involved!
