The menu set for the Canal Bistro beer dinner:
First Course: Baked Brie Cheese in a Puff Pastry Crust with a Savory Blueberry Peach Compote. Paired with Hardywood Bourbon Cru.
Second Course: Asian Style Char Su Barbeque Pork Ribs. Paired with Hardywood Hoplar.
Third Course: Mixed Greens with Grilled Shrimp, Feta Cheese, Watermelon and Lemon Basil Vinaigrette. Paired with Starr Hill Pils.
Fourth Course: Grilled Boneless Jerk Chicken Thigh with Grilled Pineapple Mango Salsa, Coconut Rice and Fried Plantain. Paired with Legend Hefeweizen.
Dessert: Triple Chocolate Torte with Fresh Raspberry Coulis and White Chocolate Shavings. Paired with Legend Smoked Chocolate Stout.
