Franklin St. on May 1 from CWCapital, a firm that holds and sells troubled real estate and its debt. From RTD; Jennifer Jon Slemp was indicted in the April 21 incident that fatally injured David M. Boyd, 25, of Chesterfield County, and badly injured his friend, Brendan Ellis, 23, also of Chesterfield.
