The good folks that brought you Cafe Gutenberg have a new venture. The new effort is a food cart that goes by the handle Rooster Cart. They aren’t quite ready to hit the streets but they are getting closer. The important details such as hours and location haven’t been shared yet.  You can however check out a bit of their rotating menu below and a bit more on their Facebook page.
