Anybody missing a chocolate chow chow-like dog?

Craigslist has word on a dog that has been found near Rocketts Landing:

There is a sad chocolate-colored male dog wandering around Rocketts. He looks a bit like a chow-chow but I’m no expert. He has only a flea collar on his neck. His hair is very long right now, almost looks like he has a lion mane. His hair is matted and he is limping a little bit. We believe he is lost based on this but we have no way to find an owner and no where to take care of him.
